Nice feedback guys. I keep swaying as to whether I want one or not. Unfortunately the more I hear, the more I want one How do you find the ballbearing lock, especially for one hand closing ? If the knife had been rubbed down wi...

Oh yes, it is a beauty. I started with Spyderco's just after the Standard was phased out, and for ages I wanted a G-10 Delica, only to find out later it was called the Standard In my mind it is anything but Standard. Walk softl...

I don't like blackened blades, it makes me feel like I've joined the Mall Ninga brigade. I really wish Benchmade would offer the choice of no coating on some of their coated range, especially the 710 in M2 steel. I know it's meant to be a rust inhibitor, but good maintanence should be enough. Satin ...

I like them all, but the G-10 Native would have to top the list.
Most carried G-10 = Navigator, it' my constant office companion.
Most like to see on other Spydies = G-10 Ocelot, **** it feels nice.

The most idiotic cut I ever got was when I was about six. Brand new pocket knife, and I was doing important six year old stuff, in this case I had the stalk of a dandilion held vertically between finger and thumb of my left and and was slicing off sections from the top with big swinging arcs with my...

I plan on carrying my Anniversary Delica on special occassions when it arrives. I've even arranged with Gary Graily to have a custom leather sheath made for it. Just waiting for it to arrive. I know it's with my supplier, there's just a bit of delay on the shipping. So near, yet so far. Walk softly,...

At which point did it break off ?
If near the tip, probably not (although Spyderco will regrind a new tip for you). If it broke near the handle then I think it is probably a strong case for replacement under warrenty.

Which ever, give Mike at warrenty a call.

Another thought in the abstract is that a decient amount of mass (not over the top), was a sign of quality. Take the solid brass ornament compaired to the brass coloured thin sheet metal ornament, both would look the same, but the first sign of quality (but not the only one) would be to pick it up t...
