From His post I recommend that nobody even attempt to do any over strikes on their Manix 2's as it will break the lock from mine and their testing. Ankerson, I find something interesting in your use of huge characters and all caps. Typically, when typing an email, a forum note, or a letter using su...

My recollection of the narrative was that the total run was 1,000 knives across both runs, with the second installment yet to come (but likely pre-sold almost everywhere already). Check this post , which I think is consistent with that: http://www.spyderco.com/forums/showpost.php?p=566685&postc...

Manix 2 CTS-XHP production question

I heard a "rumor" that Spyderco will be coming out either with a regular production variant of Manix 2 with a CTS-XHP blade or another sprint run.

I did a search on the forum but found nothing pertaining to this...

Can someone clear this up for me please?

Thanks,
Joe

I thought I was overzealous with my ownership of over 300. About 300 Spyderco and the rest a mix of good knives, and few absurdly expe...

I too believe the test is valid. However, in fairness to the knife, the pivot screws should have been tightened in order to reduce the side to side play, that may have resulted in a stronger lock up. This video brings up an issue that I always have had with the ball lock. I own several Manix 2 varia...

Superhawk all the way! It is the perfect hawkbill. The handle is thick and extremlu comfy in the hand. One of the best handles in the knife world. Blade shape amazing, and thik wire clip! You won't be disappointed! And the price they are available for now is a steal I emphatically agree with SPYDIE...

It's unfortunate that you are experiencing these problems. Not everyone is a criminal. It has been said many times before, the authorities would serve us all better going after criminals as opposed to going after an honest person that wants to carry a simple pocket knife. As a person that lives in t...

HK "Q" Knife.. Determining Value?

I bought this knife on eBay and paid $69 including shipping. Thanks to Deacon, :) as it was his website that helped me verify that this knife is the real deal. The question I would really appreciate your collective answers to is.... What is the value of this knife? Did I get a great deal? Did I get ...

I am glad you all like it. I think its nice too to say the least.

My next and last Swick to get scales may be the most stunning of them all. I am holding back on describing what the materials will be just for the surprise factor.

Warhawk you got more change in your pocket than I do. If you're happy with the knife that's all that matters. So, how do you like it? I am really excited about the thought of getting a Dodo and a Persian. It was a spontaneous buy because it is truly one of my favorite Spydies. I had no other truste...

I thought you guys, my forum colleagues, would find the beginning to completion pictorial interesting. Materials Used... Spyderco Swick2, Curly Maple Wood, Yellow and Bl...
