Welcome to the forum. Very nice collection, those customized scales are superb. Did not realize so many forum members maintained an interest in combat aircraft, it is certainly a fascinating subject. The P38 is a great choice. My personal favorite is K. Tank's masterpiece, the FW 190. Thanks for th...

"Go live" date and time for Forum knives is generally announced at least several weeks in advance. They are sold on the Spyderco website. Best bet for Sprint runs is to patronize one dealer as exclusively as possible, and pre-order from them. Thank You Deacon... And glad to meet you. I ha...

Qualifying to purchase Annual Forum Knife

I would love to be able to buy these knives as they come out. Or special sprint runs of other Spydies.

What do you have to do to register to be notified or be eligible to buy these special knives?

I buy 95% + Spyderco only. However every now and then I buy a different manufacturers knife because I connect with it in some way. Bottom line is in my opinion, of the hundreds of knives I own, Spyderco is the hands down best knife manufacturer. When it comes to things like; fit and finish, over all...

Nothing From Victorinox

Welcome to the Forum, enjoy your stay.
You have quite a few very exquisite pieces. Did any of them came from Victorinox? Thank you for sharing.

My Only Victronix is a multi-tool that I have had for thirty years. It's a great knife but to beat up to display.

It's hard to pick one...

I find that my most useful Spydie is the Poliwog original all stainless version. It is unbelievably comfortable in my hand, the balance is perfect, the cutting power suits my needs, when needed it is really easy and quick to sharpen, and it's legal in my state. (Although maybe not NYC) You New York ...

WWII Fighter aircraft....

My favorites are based on my experiences with building the RC miniature versions, then growing up and becoming a glider (sail plane) pilot, and finally the love of old Warbirds. Here is my short list: 1) P38 - Lightning 2) P40 - Warhawk 3) P47 - Thunderbolt (so **** ugly that it was beautiful) 4) P5...

Thanks for all the warm welcomes. I truly appreciate it. Regarding the picture with the Damascus Cricket, all the knives on the right side of the page were made by either David or Brian Yellowhorse. The only one on the right that wasn't made by the father and son duo is the "yin/yang" cric...

I think they are all pretty cool or else I would not own them. Even though I absolutely think that Spyderco is the premier knife manufacturer from a styl...

Thanks wec 12 & Dale

It cost me to say the least. My wife is still making me pay the price.

I am going to be adding many pictures and asking questions of you Spydie experts as soon as I learn to use the forum message system correctly.

I want to introduce myself

Hello All, I have been a Spyderco enthusiast for a while now. But recently I went nutz and bought over 100 different Spidies. I took three (pretty bad) pics that i wanted to post to get some of your thought. I have been reading this forum and learned a lot. I felt it was finally time to get involved...
