Re: Nirvana Titanium

If the problem is really bad, it could have been exchanged or returned or sent in for repair. I think it should be clear that he doesn't own a Nirvana or he would have resolved his issue by taking up Eric on his offer. He's simply muckraking and stirring the pot using other anecdotal information gl...

Re: Nirvana Titanium

Looks like EVERYONE is having the same LOCK DEFECT !! It's impossible to close. How could anyone at Spyderco check the mechanism, see that it won't close, and then say THIS IS OK !!?? I can tell that Sal is no longer in charge. His son Eric doesn't have the attention to detail !! And Eric doesn't c...

Well, one way to look at it is that the G10 texture will smooth out over time. So you'll get your wish by carrying it a lot.

Re: Nirvana has dropped!

In all honesty, will anyone actually carry and use this knife? I would be so afraid of getting even the smallest scuff or scratch on it that I would keep it in the safe and only touch occasionally to fondle and admire. That's the struggle I have; buying something so expensive and it serve no other ...

I don't use my chef's knives on anything but food. Otherwise they might roll an edge.

Re: Knife IP and Clones Explained

I was dating a Chinese girl once. I was showing some of her family members my rifle collection, including some WW2 rifles with battlefield provenance. I explained that the markings on the rifles told its history and could drive up the value for collectors. Her sister in law looked at a Finnish Mosin...

So it shall be written. So it shall be done.

1. PITS - Design that is ahead of its time. Ergonomic. Slim in the pocket.
2. Terzuola - Love the Terzuola designs, shape and ergonomics. Very light with the carbon fiber construction.

Thanks for all your hard work, Mr. Blonde. I know how much work it can be sorting and editing digital photos. I imagine you'll easily put in 200 hours by the time this is over.

Re: CS Exclusive Orange Paramilitary 2 DLC CTS-XHP

To be completely accurate, though, there is nothing (other than Jeff saying so) that would keep CS from ordering more. Unlike a sprint, dealers/distributors have that option. I would guess that Jeff has other fish to fry, but he is free to circle back for another installment in the future. Dollars ...

Re: Spyderco Myrtle (C194CFTIP)

I just wanted to add a note to this thread. I've carried my Myrtle quite a bit and also like it quite a bit. I'd rank it up there with my other favorite purchases over the last year, like the PITS and blurple PM2. It does have a thick spine but the full flat grind makes it an excellent slicer. The e...
