while i don't get bored with spyderco, i just purchase the ones that interest me. i appreciate the differences between the manufacturers.

I got into sharps via Emerson and now carry Emerson, Spyderco, and other US brands.

a spydie light of the same or better quality than the sharps would make me give up coffee and energy drinks so i can afford one. spydie sharps feel very good in and and are very capable/unique. spydie designed lights would be interesting. and if it were released, hope it shakes up the brights market.

Hi: I carry the D2 Para and it sees lots of use cutting up fruits and meats, it is very friendly looking compared to the Millie. Interesting use for your trainer. i'd get one and leave it in the box. the orange millie i have needs company on the shelf.

for my prying needs, i'll just use one of the two mini-prybars i lug in my bucket. if that's not enough, there's that dedicated prybar/nail puller in the car trunk.

Sweet collection you got going, bummer about not being able to lug that military in your city. I leave mine at home too, but mainly because it is too big for my daily needs.

looks good, i'm not that handy with sandpaper so i'll just lug the d2 paramilitary for decades to get that polished look. :0)
