Re: Manix2 Backlock!
That makes a whole lot of sense. Measure 3 times, cut once! Do you have any pics of your work? I'm all about some nice scales and hardwear for a knife!

Re: Manix2 Backlock!

Re: Manix2 Backlock!
With that being said, I don't think there will be any issues with the d-notch side of the pivot wearing away at the scale. Once you tighten that side of the screw, everything is compressed together as one assembly. I'm sure it's stronger than FRN and it's larger so that helps. It's mostly a bummer ...

Re: Manix2 Backlock!
OK I see it on the pivot but the liner part is still a bit obscure. Man that kinda sucks, I'm all for linerless but I really don't like that it's only the G10 keeping the pin from spinning. Yeah, it looks like the g10 is the only thing keeping the pivot from spinning. Spyderco must have upped their...

Check out the beefy spring, backspacer and lockbar http://i.imgur.com/pkbrKMc.jpg http://i.imgur.com/Tqyy1Nb.jpg http://i.imgur.com/v8aUCb5.jpg I'm trying to figure out what's keeping the pivot pin from spinning when you turn the screws. In the last pic it looks like a D style pivot but in the othe...

Re: Endura dud or fake?
That does look fake to me. Where the tang of the blade hits the actual lockbar, is too far forward. The font in the letter "E" is wrong on the Seki City side. Also, the width of the lockbar is way thinner than the actual blade thickness, producing a canyon like gap. I'd care to say that th...
