I think a custom shop is doable but it would have to be limited only a few select models and maybe one or two optional blade steels. The handle material would also probably be limited but you could always do runs of selected color G10 or Micarta handle scales. As much as I would love to see it happe...

Speaking only for myself I am a big fan of wood, G-10 and micarta. The FRN handled knives just feel cheap to me. I am positive that FRN makes excellent handles and do a wonderful job but I am just fond of them.

I do love a nice set of wood handles or polished micarta.

I would love to see the Salsa make another appearance as a sprint run.

I would like to see the Lil'Native in a handle color other than black. I really want one on blue.

I have to admit I carried my Dragonfly around for a month before replacing it with my Lil' Native. I happen to like small knives.

What to say about the hump getting the way on a Spyderco knife? Buy a Spyderco Lil’ Native, it does not have a hump!

I have a Lil Native with a Compression lock coming my way. I am unsure about the Compression lock but I figure that I will give it a try.

That is just like my Spyderco Sharpmaker. I also have a couple of Spyderco’s benchstones. I like those very much.
