The Salt is a fantastic knife. We've had no negative comments from customers. Spyderco's sharpness and edge retention tests have proved the H1 to be excellent. zeus, If you get to a point where you want them coated I may be able to help you. I know the Company here in So Calif that does the Gerber, Buck, Timberline, etc TIALN (titanium aluminum nitride) coatings and can get a fairly good deal in bulk. After thinking about it I may have the CX05 solution. Spyderco did a prototype smaller Co-Pilot. It was never cataloged and never produced. I have the prototype. Could this be the elusive CX05?

If you aren't successfull, we have clip & screw/stud @ 12.00 incl USPS. Black or Stainless.

C83 has a hollow ground VG-10 3 1/2" plain blade with a 15/32" hole and weighs 5.375 oz. Closed is 4 3/4" lengh open 8 1/4". it is carried tip up and has polished black Micarta handle
