I’m actually curious how the Police 4 compares to the Chief in the larger backlock category. Anyone have comparison pics for this two?

I think Sal mentioned K390 potentially going into the Police 4 LW if the base model sold reasonably well. Seems likely to happen eventually since the whole Seki lineup is going to be released in K390.

Hey Rinzler, what was the issue with the Flytanium cage? I was thinking about picking one up at some point. I’ve heard mostly neutral-positive things.

I haven’t seen any show up in Canada since the Manix. Assuming it’s COVID related supply chain delays. Hopefully we’ll be able get some of them eventually.

Burple Manix actually! Then I branched out a bit.

I think my favourite is my Maxamet blade swapped into Fluted CF Native, but I probably actually use the Burple family more.

Burple Military last April. Followed pretty quickly by the Burple PM. I didn’t know anything about different kinds of steel and just really liked the colour. :)

So I have been using Nano oil in my pivots and I’ve been pretty happy with it, but today I thought I’d try some Vaseline in my Mili and it’s amazing. Glides like it’s on bearings.

If you do end up modding the Sheepibean I would be very interested in seeing that. Sounds awesome!

People get passionate about their interests and honestly I’d rather hear what really interests people than just a bunch of knife pic threads and what’s in the mail.

On topic - how do you guys find the Sage compares to the Native?

Some things that work for one person don’t work for others. Sharing our experience and knowledge is why we’re all here. I don’t think it’s worth getting excited about it.
