Anybody try heat treating :)

Never had a patina, cut an orange and did not rinse the blade for two days. No rust/patina...

Knives like that are everywhere. Just some with flippers some with opening holes...

Some of the Swiss army knives are left handed linerlocks.
I think the Soldier, rescue, and Fireman are left handed.

Give us your thoughts...

Try carbodizing the lock bar. It may bring the lockbar back a bit...

I have a resilience, love it. I stonewashed the clip and lanyard tube, cleaned it and used moly grease on the washers and it is buttery smooth, and a safe queen. But I would like something bigger :) (twss?) Maybe something in the range of the XL voyager by CS with a BB lock? That would be sweet in V...

Another problem with SE blades is that cheese crumbles when you cut it... I know, cutting the cheese lol

I use a $11 ccc, latch broke, had to replase the pivot screws, etc
Now, it flips fine. But it still feels like a cheapie. Get a kimura by Bradley. Tape the blade...

Can anyone give an example of a task that only a plain/fine/unserrated edge does well? Would it be game meat butchering?
