O.o I like that idea too. Would make a great little agent's knife, regardless of the steel.

Re: Time Capsule Knife Gift
Hey, based on the things you were talking about, maybe one of the Carribeans? It is an in-house design, offered in aberrations, comp lock, it is a salt which is still very much a series going strong, it won't be around forever, and I truly believe that LC200N will be the next mainstay steel in the k...

Re: Manbug Talk
I'm completely fine with the way they're made. I just think it would be cool to see a ss or titanium sprint. Especially if Spyderco did a tattoo or engraved version.

Re: Pulse on the Tropen?
It does have some "belly" and I'm kind of wondering what it might be like in Spyderedge. However for the most part it's not really appealing to me as an EDC folder and it doesn't register to me as an outdoor knife possibility either. I'm sure it's got a practical application that someone ...

Re: Time Capsule Knife Gift
I would think a sprint or exclusive. This is a major year of exclusives for Spyderco. Maybe the g10 Delica exclusive. The forum knife would be a good one too.

Re: Pulse on the Tropen?
That's not as big as issue as it was made out to be, as your finger can't be there when closing, because the flipper tab will sweep through there. But what about sliding your hand in and out of your pocket? Your hand will slide right across it. I can't see how that's a good idea. I'll wait and see....

Re: Adjust pined endura pivot
Can pivot's of pinned knives be tightened? I have a pacific salt that is pretty loose so I don't really feel comfortable using it, too much side to side Yes they can, I would send it into Spyderco. I know knife makers have a tool for that. I've tightened a couple case knives with a punch and rubber...

Re: fixed blade or Kitchen sprints
i have read somewhere about sal talking about lc200n to be offered in the kitchen line in the future and i totally agree that sprints should also be offered to kitchen knives particularly the santoku and the chef's. i'm thinking of cruwear, s110v or even the japanese hap40 and zdp Ooo s110v or zdp ...

Re: I Like Me Some XHP
Like Doc, I regret skipping the XHP manix. I will buy just about any Golden sprint or exclusive in XHP nowadays. A Delica in XHP would be phenomenal. I didn't see the big deal at first but after using it a lot I really enjoy it. Right now I only have a chaparral, the rhino and a Slsyz bowie in it bu...

Re: fixed blade or Kitchen sprints
I would love a good kitchen knife pair from spyderco of a 3-4 in paring knife and a 6-7 in chef's knife. (I'd be fine with the vg10 of the current chef's knife though). 52100 would be cool and so would laminated hap40.

Maybe they're taking their time revising to get the cutting edge out of the comp lock cutout
