Most of my knife usage is not interesting enough (letters, packages, some food, etc) to post in a thread like this, but yesterday was more interesting. I came out into the garage to get some dog food and heard a hissing sound. Turns out the expansion tank on my hot water heater had sprung a leak. No...

Hey guys, just a heads-up: I received notification that New Graham has some in and they are taking phone orders only. Not sure if any are left, but thought I'd let everyone know.

Thanks for the heads up. I signed in and grabbed one. I talked to the guys over there and they said they have a shipment supposedly next Friday. I also got $10 off since it was my first order. I looked at this on their website, but the description still references CPM S30V instead of Cruwear. When ...

Getting Excited: PM2 in CTS-204P

I just wanted to share my excitement. Yesterday, I received an email from Knifeworks that they had a green PM2 in CTS-204P available for me if I wanted it. Yes, please! Back in June, I had asked to be placed on the email notification list to be notified when a second run of these were available. I a...

I bet I can sharpen my VG -10 Delica in less than 10 minutes, including setup and takedown. But that is an edge that isn't very dull.

Anybody heard of Tactical-Store.com? They turned up in a Cruwear Millie search and they offered it for sale --not pre-order, not email you when it comes in, etc, and they were taking PayPal and credit cards. But they don't do international orders, unfortunately. The site looked good, had satisfacti...

The Capt's Review Series - Delica 4 FFG

Well, I have been a long-time Spyderco forum watcher, but haven’t contributed much (and only officially joined the forum several months ago). Since I have been fortunate enough to get the Forum Native 5, I feel it is time to make some contributions. To accomplish this, I am going to spend a l...

Just one for me. And it will be a user. My first Native too. I'm very interested in comparing it to my Sage 1 & 2.

I too have a Sage 1 and 2, and love them both (for different reasons) . As you know, the quality is first rate on all the Taichung models. The 1 seems the better daily carry knife because I think the CF seems more durable. The 2's Ti scales sure feel good, but might scratch more easily. Ergos obviou...

Hi Russde, Capt'n Boatsalot, Griff, Balew, & Dgebler, Welcome to our forum. Having read quite a few threads on this forum, this is the kind of the reception that I guess I expected, but it is still extremely cool to get a response from the man himself. Thanks for making us new folks feel welcome!

I didn't see an option to request the mid year supplement at the link above. I previously ordered and received the standard 2013 catalog. Do I need to resubmit my request or will the supplement come out automatically?

I prefer the PM2. To me, the lightweight, thin carry trumps the heavier and wider M2. I also prefer the blade shape of the PM2 to the Manix2 (although just slightly) . But I love the M2 as well! I think the M2's ergos would be superior to the PM2's except for the slightly too aggressive jimping on t...

Are there any other Military Sprints that are known to be coming out in 2013 or 2014, aside from the Cruwear version? I ask because I am really interested in adding a Military to my Spydercos. But I am ready to try something aside from S30V (already have PM2, Manix2, and Sage 2 in that particular st...
