We travel with knives all the time. ;) Of course we usually put them in a Spyderpac with an inventory list, a business card and a catalog. Usually by the time we reach our destination the business card and catalog are gone. :D I think we're all accustomed to retrieving our checked baggage to find th...

I can close it, but I think the best thing is, if no one wants this to go badly and force me to close, just don't post in it. Let it die out.

All good, just different.

We have a saying here, "all good just different". David is correct, we don't need anything here about who is better between Spyderco and any other company.

I would prefer it if we leave it at that.

Hi Sal, Any chance we could get something like this setup in Golden? While it's great to swing by SFO to see all the exiting models, it seems a shame for your neighbors to have to see the latest and greatest in overseas pictures. bancu, There might be something in works for you. I'll get back to yo...

I'm sorry to tell you that the Black ATR is only available in PlainEdge or SpyderEdge. I do carry the original SS version is SE. I'm a little biased ( )when it comes to this model, and so as not to sound like a sales pitch, I'll let other members chime in on the performance of the ATR. He...

Is it a USA made knife or a Seki made knife?
Neither actually, these were manufactured in Taiwan.

I've corrected the first post, couple of typos, the S is in fact tip-up and the blade length is 2 7/16".

"S" - Available Now!

Many of you know the “Q” model that was produced by Spyderco, then the “R” with similar cutouts in the blade and handle. Now, Spyderco is happy to introduce the “S”. This little big knife features an aluminum handle with a 2 7/16" (62mm) 440C blade. The laser-cut webbed blade and web-patterned ...

Winner!

I'll go out on a limb and say his favorite Spyderco knife is "ALL OF THEM". Here is the exact quote from Sal to me regarding this thread... I noticed there is a thread going on "Sal's favorite" design. However, in truth, I really don't have a favorite. Like steel or sushi, "...

A quote from TazKristi: For me personally, my favorite EDC is my SS ATR. Although, it's usually carried with at least one or more other models (Poliwog, Black Bladed Native, 83mm Manix, Delica or others). It's true, the ATR is still my most carried, but I've added a few since that post. :) We all h...

I'm at home right now, so I can't tell you much, but I can say one quick call tomorrow to Doug or Cody and they will clear it up for you. PM me your info, and I'd be happy to check for you.
