Now we can be open to variation, which I'm all for. Give me a Sage 5 FRN model with Mxxamet, Cruwear, K390 or CPM-SPY27, a subtle color and I'm smiing. :)

Re: I want a Sage 5 in a premium steel!!!

Sign me up! Really hoping the LW gets a bunch of versions but a G10 one in the St Nicks series would be amazing. Hopefully we don't have to wait for the Para 3 LW to cycle through first to see some but I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case.

Re: Is porn allowed here?

That is indeed where my user name came from, long ago. 😉 Most people think I'm a taxi driver. There aren't many beers that aren't in my style wheelhouse, even though I live in wine country. I haven't tried that one, but since it is brewed about 30 miles south of where I live, I should be able to fi...

Re: St. Nick's 4v pm2!

I've been buying knives online since the mid 90's and never had an experience like what occurred this afternoon. Been around awhile. Just saying. I have no issue with a limited number or not getting a knife. The issue I have is being able to add the item to your cart and having it sold out from und...

Re: Is porn allowed here?

Well.....at least I have a wife who puts up with me. Y'all are just wrong. Are we? This is the only thread on here my wife has ever been interested in. Hmm...Lagunitas sounds good too. Highly recommend the Wonder if it's in your style wheelhouse. That said I've been on beer for a while now, ...

Juvenile at best. What’s next, potty humor? Give it a rest. This will certainly put an end to a few people's harmless fun and not push other people over the fence to help perpetuate it further. Oh wait... 12E96870-C9CA-48AE-9796-0E25BE7DA2DB.jpeg Cheers to my fellow juvenile pervazoids, keep having...

Hi DTPrime,

Doesn't look right to me. Call Charlynn in customer Service. I'll give her a "heads-up".

Re: Call of the Siren.

I also followed the call and couldn't be happier with it, a real beauty! Question for those that have one though, is the show side scale cut flat at the blade end of yours? I didn't notice at first but it is on mine, aside from the asymmetry it is so evenly done it seems intended but I don't see it ...

Re: Tactical Box-Cutter: A Long-Term Review of the Yojimbo 2 as a Warehouse Knife

Awesome review, thanks for sharing your experiences! Seems like one a lot of people dismiss for general use so it's nice to hear confirmation it functions perfectly well as is from someone who puts it through the ringer, while still maintaining the original design/purpose to boot. Cheers and hope to...

Re: Getting that Itch...

l'll add another vote for the Yo2. They feel great in hand and are excellent slicers for the size, one of the smoothest comp locks as well. The Lil Native is great as a Cadillac version of the DF2 but mostly gets pocket time when I want something "nicer" than my HB DF2 Salt. In general the...

Thanks. So, it’s a bit brighter and more orange than the HAP40 FRN?
Both are bright, Rex is a darker, "burnt" orange. With CS orange FRN for good measure.

Is this picture accurate on how the color looks?
The FRN is "brighter" orange than the G10 if that's what you're referring to, it's more obvious in natural light.

Re: Knifejoy Exclusive SMOCK!

The "smooth" g10 feels great, I also like the cruwear smooth style but definitely prefer this one, and the 20cv came screaming sharp. They also did a nice big run for the first Smock variant in a subdued but solid combo at a base model price, so cheers to KnifeJoy for taking a chance. As m...

Re: Native 5 Lightweight Rex 45

I'm in the same boat. Received my G-10 over the weekend so I'm passing on this one even though I would have gone for the LW if they were both in stock when I ordered the G-10 version. I'm surprised these are sticking around as long as they have. As someone with an interest/background in economics, ...

Does anyone know if this green is the same color as the k390 para 3 or elmax pm2?
It is slightly greener vs the k390's slightly grayer, it is more noticeable in person than this picture but can (hopefully) see that they are slightly different.

If you're concerned about getting ripped off Bladeforums would be my choice, it has a full feedback and rating system for transactions. Knife_swap allows you to confirm successful trades as well so you can at least see how many transactions someone has.

Re: Rivers Edge Cutlery Mystery Exclusive (DLC 10V/Coyote Brown G10 Paramilitary 2)

Missed the first drop but pumped I grabbed a satin on this one... Love the grind lines on these & the rex45 models. They do both have very distinct grinds- and the 10v PM2 is also the sharpest knife I've received to date with the Rex45 Manix a close second. 3F227363-2959-4337-B74C-172FFF609094....
