I wonder if he could make another video where he tests one of the knifes cutting parallel to the lines of the lined paper and then the other cutting perpendicular to the lines and perhaps on one of the tests he could kind of grimace and scrunch up his lip while cutting and the other raise his right ...

He did make the observation that the "rockiness" could indeed be higher, that could be why the knife performed so well. That said it did look like it was loosing its edge towards the end of the test but it was a pretty big sheet of paper and he attacked it from a number of different angles...

So sorry to here that Joel, that can't be easy for you. I hope it goes back into remission and we here some positive news from you soon.

The 710 is a very nice slim knife with a grade blade shape. I like the 940 better for a few reasons one of which is its size, as I prefer folders closer to 8" if you like larger folders the 710 is certainly a good option.
