I use White Lightening on my knives. I can not tell the difference between their regular and the knife-grade. The key to using it is to use VERY LITTLE (1 - 2 drops). Well... nine pages of comments later... I agree that this should commemerate the recent tragedies... red/white and blue... flag, etc. Maybe the engraving should be "Remember 9/11/2001"
(I prefer that the handle not be white and the size not be whimpy.)
