I got rid of most of my knives and left all of my Delicas as my user knives. There simply aren't many knives that work as hard as the Delica. I especially like the FFG much, much more than the saber ground models. The blade is so thin that even when the edge is dull, the knife continues to cut and c...

Good: Great blade shape, better cutting power than any knife I've tried. Bad: Too **** big! There is a whole lot of unnecessary handle space, making carry and handling uncomfortable; the blade could be fit into a more compact handle. I agree, the Military almost needs to be tip-down. I find it and t...

I have what is probably a dumb question. I've had several of the black baliyos for a while now and play with them constantly. I've never handled one of the color ones - and wondered what made them more than twice the price of the black and grey ones. Again, this is probably a dumb question... but I...

Why are so many people down on china imports . 90 percent of the stuff in your house is imported . So to complain about it here , you need to dump your t.v.'s, washer and dryer's , dishwashers , and oh no your computers and cell phones  wait now you can't complain because you can't post ... :r...

I wasn't satisfied with the factory condition of the edge, so I immediately took care of reprofiling it a bit, after using my Dremel tool to grind a small semicircular choil at the heel of the edge. (This is standard for me; I do it with just about every Spyderco I get, to make sharpening easier.) ...

You mean, for you. For me, a fast, *reliable* opening, tip-up is faster -- grab and thumb open with no pinch grip. Possibly. Maybe your hands are different from mine or something, but I cannot find a way to grab a tip-up knife with my thumb on the opening mechanism (hole, stud) with any reliability...
