Congrats! That was me a few weeks ago. Went from working at a gun store which was something I loved but it didn't pay the bills to now working for an insurance company and now can finally afford some new toys! The sigh of relief you get feels amazing

Got through the eye. Power is now out, half of our fencing is down and at least one tree is down. Time to ride out the rest and to check everything in the morning.

I love the ergos of the mantra but yes get rid of the bearing system!!! Can't even use the flipper because of how bad they are. Heck, it's hard to even open it normally.

We are hunkered down as well. Windows boarded up, plenty of water and food, generator with a hookup to the house. Should be good to go. All of my fellow floridians stay safe.
