I got a ported barrel thrown in when I bought mine and that combined with a bit heavier recoil spring make it shoot like a dream. I wanna give a cz-75 a try now.

My first spyderco was a s110v pm2 and its amazing. I personally prefer my manix 2 in s110v but you can't go wrong with s110v.

For most models I go through Wal-Mart since I can get 10% off and 6 months no interest from paypal. The downside is they don't have all models sold through Wal-Mart itself.

It seems to me a device that screws to pinch the blade spine would be universal and could be placed where it doesn't block another opening method and where convenient.

Thanks, I just didn't know if that was a normal format for the number. I think three reasons you've come up with could certainly be an upside to an otherwise unsightly/ unnecessary marking.
