Oh holy crap, an H1 Dragonfly 2?!?!?!?!?!?

I will definitely be getting one of those. I love my D-fly 2. I carry it every day. I would love to have one in H1, just because.

I mean, I want a Yo2. I want a Chaparral. But an H1 D-fly2?!?!?!?

Awesome.

I work in an office environment and have taken to carrying a slipjoint and Dragonfly 2 on a daily basis out of deference to my co-workers comments. Simply, a Superleaf (as nice as it is) is not needed in an office. So, I am looking forward to the Chaparral. It fits my needs perfectly. The size it ri...

The Venerable Dragonfly 2

I picked up a Dragonfly 2 just before Christmas. I had always wanted a Dragonfly, but did not want the molded clip and just didn't care for the higher end G-10. Then came the Dragonfly 2. Perfect little office EDC to go with my slippies. I took the clip off the Dragonfly 2 and carry it in the pocket...

I hope this knife gets made. While I can understand why it might be made with dark blue G10 scales, I think this knife screams for Nishigun Carbon Fiber scales. I mean if you are using high tech Japanese steel, use high tech Japanese scale material.

S90V Para 2 Back in Stock

Just an FYI a certain Knifeworks has listed the Para 2 CF/S90V as back in stock. I called, confirmed over the phone that they had some. They have one less.

Enjoy!

Dodo, with rounded carbon fiber scales (i.e., no square edges) like that on the new Lum, and the new Carpenter steel that is similar to BG-42.

I would knock on Bill Gates garage and ask him if he needed a start up loan. All I want is a 5% stake in the company.

While a kit is a nice idea, liability is a major concern. Go ahead and sell it constructed. Besides, the cost of packaging the various pieces versus assembling them cannot be very different. Blade shape is an interesting point. While I understand people love the leaf shape, having carried many UKPKs...

Deacon, I am all for it. I love the concept of the Mule series, but I have never bought one. Why? I have a limited need for fixed blade knives. I work in an office. I cannot walk into my office in a suit and tie with a fixed blade strapped to my side. But, I can carry a folder in my pocket, and do o...

I would love to see a Caly Jr sprint, but not orange. Honestly, I don't see the appeal of orange. But then, I grew up hating the University of Tennessee and all things orange, so call it a personal preference.

I went to Southern Methodist University, home of the Mustangs. Our mascot's name has always been Peruna, named after a "medicinal" elixir in vogue in the Dallas-area during Prohibition for its amazing alcohol-like qualities. I've always liked the name, so I continue to use it.
