Well said, Chuck!

Simple, really :)

Had some trouble with Boker Exskeliburs: had to deburr the edges and the hole in the clip on one model, another application for the Spyderco sharpmaker rods. Another Exkskeli had big gaps between the oak scales and the liners, sent it back with bits of papers stuck into the gaps to make it really ob...

Nice catalog and layout.

Looking forward to the Perrin Street Bowie. Also noted the Lum Tanto sprint run, possibly Spyderco's most beautiful FB, imho.

Had to apply a generous amount of Nano-oil to the bone dry o-rings and barely greased threads of two brand new titanium flashlights. Opening them for the first time proved to very gritty and I had to exert more force than I felt comfortable with. Fail to understand why manufacturers don't sufficient...

Collected another grail from customs last week:

C95 Manix CE

I'm not a fan of CE, but gladly made an exception when finding a long-sought grail knife.

Sharpmaker as a gift

Gifted a Sharpmaker with diamond and UF rods, plus medium and fine spare rods to my cousin, who already has some spydies from me. Added some well-meant instructions (sharpie trick) to the package, urging him to watch the DVD and read the manual several times and sent it off to him. Added several str...

Another Li'l Temp arrived yesterday, C69GP in CPM 440V. A forumite offered to swap his CPM 4440V against my S30V. However, I prefer to have backups or pre-need replacements. :) So I managed to persuade him to sell it to me. Strange, sometimes you spend months looking unsuccessfully for a particular ...
