I got lucky and got one from the pre-order list at Knifeworks right after the original advanced shipment sold out - also had one in the cart and did not complete the purchase fast enough, but happened to be in the right place at the right time for the next few. I'm about done with this one. Been to 3 sites today within moments of release.....results 0. Won't have time to mess with this tomorrow, will be helping my wife get set up for the art show. Guess I'll buy a nice custom instead.

Condolences to family and friends. Really enjoyed my Coho fillet knife. A great design.

Should be some fun games to watch this weekend. LSU/FL, Texas/Oklahoma, Bama/A&M, PennSt/Iowa, FSU/Clemson, MichiganSt/Wisconsin. Just hope the Gators can somehow squeak by.

I bought 2 of the Chokwe's in S30V and glad I did. It's a great knife, a great slicer, great in the hand, and in the pocket. :D There may have been models I passed in S30V or VG-10 but it was usually because my wallet was tapped out.

I prefer cheese and crackers with my whine. :D

I also use soap and water with a toothbrush to clean my diamond/cbn rods. Make sure they are dried well both outside and inside. Lansky makes an eraser block that I use on the medium and fine rods. Lots of good info here. The Sharpmaker is simple, easy to use and works well on the Waterway. If you're concerned about spots or stains on the knife, a bit of Flitz polish will clean it up nicely and quickly. Also helps to reduce future blemishes. Fillet a few for me.

Is SG2 considered "stainless"? What are it's true stainless characteristics? ZDP is considered "stainless" but it rusts quite easily. How does SG@ do around water? Thanks
