I am not sold on it. For me, this knife falls into a kind of gap. The blade is too large for small tasks, and too small for large tasks. I think that a 3.5 inch blade length would be a better application for this design.

The Kiwi is definitely one of the great small blade designs, factory or custom. Very nice workmanship.

Don't think CF would really do much for the Kiwi unless you mean Carbon Fiber Bolsters!! The downside of that would be a very difficult if not impossible Spyderdrop situation. (No weight). Bob Lum makes a chinese folder with CF scales. They go for about $650. They are very nice. And no, I don't have one.
