Multi Tool advice

I'm in the market for a new, full sized multi tool, but I'm not sure which brand to go with due to lack of experience. I am considering all of the major brands: Leatherman, SOG, Victorinox, Gerber, even Kershaw. If anyone out there has some experience with these products, your input would be useful.

In my opinion, any configuation of the plain old delica will do the job and do it well. I have a PE FRN delica that is the best EDC knife I've ever seen. Overall knife size, blade size, blade shape, ergonomics, everything just seems to fit.

Of course I've seen the Adventura, I'm talking about the "Tarantula", or that double-bladed kerambit. These are some cutting-edge designs! (terrible pun, I know)

For cleaning, I found that boiling water cleans the knife like nothing else. Even the FRN ones, FRN resists at higher temperatures than 100°C. For lubrication I use a drop or two of W40 oil or if the knife can be dismantled, some lithium grease. Those are some incredible looking blades! Have you sh...

Alas, I only have six. Not bad, however, for a sixteen year old who can't even legally buy knives. ;) They are as follows: Endura FRN, 50/50 Delica FRN, PE Cricket FRN, PE Ladybug, 50/50 Bob Lum Chinese folder, green, SE Calypso Jr. ZDP 189/420J2 By the by, what is this "NGK" place I keep ...

I saw an endura (?) being used in the repair of a demolition derby type car, but I can't remember the name of the show. Oh well, tough job = tough knives
