Call me crazy but I like when those clips start to show some wear and tear. yeah, me too after all, it does show the sheer amount of love :p my knives get but overall :spyder: clips seem to hold up pretty well; i mean, on my s30v millie, which is by far my most carried knife, I have only some spots...

Did you try using a Tox bit on both sides at the same time? yablanowitz is right, you must unscrew the 2 torx at the same time, otherwise the remaining screw would just rotate inside the backspacer http://i262.photobucket.com/albums/ii108/r_birjo/DSCF0046.jpg i have removed the backspacer on 2 of m...

I carry a knife clipped to my indoor pants or pijamas (usually a military) but when I go to sleep the knife remains on the nightstand I didn't even try bringing a knife in bed fearing that my wife would have sent me spend the night on the sofa - but shhh, this is my designated course of action if I ...

I usually use a Military when trekking/backpacking, but on my latest trip I have discovered what a marvellous tool the Kris is !!! From food preparation to whittling wood, that 'wavy' blade went through everything and begged for more ;) :D It was also heftier than the millie and the constant weight ...

Looks to me like he opened the knife so that the lock clicks against the tang but is still sitting on the ball detent (lock is not fully engaged). it surely looks that way an over-loosened pivot screw and a fake tang engagement (w/ only the ball detent keeping the blade from closing) are the most p...

How many here are actually fond of the new liners in the Endura 4 and Delica 4 and believe they add needed strength to the FRN handle? the main functionality of the liners in E4/D4 is to allow a 4-way clip repositioning IMO they hardly add any strength to the handle, an E4 flexes similar to a pacif...

I use my Millies for most tasks, since a Mili is always (well, except when sleeping) on my person it is always a pleasure to use for food prep and especially nice in winter times, when shovelling snow and discovering that you can actually use the millie for whatever reason without having to take off...
