It’s definitely a new series for me. I’m new to Spyderco, and wouldn’t be here if a friend didn’t give me a salt for my wedding present.

I have a Paramilitary 3 in M390 coming this Wednesday. Although blue is my favorite color, I have a feeling that I’m going to prefer the natural G10 DLC coated BHQ Paramilitary 3. I didn’t expect to enjoy that natural G10 half as much as I do!

Makes sense, so I shouldn’t worry too much if the oil on the blade rubs off in my pocket? I have the para 3 in M4 and haven’t had bad luck so far, but it’s easy to keep the exposed blade coated in oil when the edge is hidden well inside the scales. Is this steel any better at resisting rust than M4?...
