Welcome to the forums! Nice knives you have there...I really like the Poliwog.. Thanks Scott, yes the Poliwog is an unusual knife, I love the overall shape, the blade shape and the swedge. It really is a "Little Big Knife". Very ergonomic, feels great in the hand. I am eyeing up the Nativ...

BAL wrote:It may not be a huge collection, but it is definately sweet with a nice range and variety. I predict that it will be doubled in no time. Welcome.

Thanks. That's a tough one...kind of like rating my kids. I am a huge fan of Mr. Schemmp with the Kris topping the list. To me, it is a classic, celebrates Spyderco's awesome collaborations, beautiful to look at and still feels great in the hand. Same can be said of the Persian, Navaja, Barong, Khu...

Once Bitten

Yes I have been bitten by the bug, much to my wife's dismay. I'm sure she would rather I was working on a bottle cap collection than this particular passion.

Thank you for the warm welcome

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome. I find I carry the Sebenza a lot but I have to say the new Chokwe far exceeded my expectations, I was worried about the size but its not too big at all and the frame lock and the finishing is exceptional.

Thanks

Thanks, I really do have the bug. I know it is a very small collection compared to most here on the forum but I think they are each kind of a work of art. Always amazed at the quality Spyderco provides for the dollar.

Up to now I have carried smaller knives but I just purchased a Chokwe and I love it. Who knows though it's so pretty I am afraid to scratch it up right now it rarely makes it out of the house.
