vg10, s30v, 154cm, m4, etc.... are there any steels that just shouldnt be used for slicing fruit? I'm a bartender so this is an everyday thing for me, i mainly carry my delica vg10 ffg(due to smaller blade size) to work, but wouldnt put it passed myself to carry others sometimes. I'm gonna hang on to it, its obvious that a discount may have been applied. And it clearly came from one of the better known online knife stores considering the packaging was littered with their business cards, etc.

i basically paid full retail for the knife which is ok. i sent him a second email since he hasnt answered. I feel lucky to have found one for this price but at the same time a little bit slighted being as it was labeled as UNDAMAGED.
