Yeah I'd sway a bit towards the ffg delica in a friendly office colour?
Another knife I'd consider for use for food prep and it looks great as well,
has a 2mm thick blade is the Spyderco Centofante 3.

If you think you might use it for fishing aka cleaning fish the plain edge Pacific might
be the way to go. Cutting rope you might enjoy a serrated edge though.

My favorite discontinued knife I don't own but it's a favorite non the less that

One of these days I will purchase a knife with the wire clip and see if it is a stronger clip than the others. My experience has been and I've bent a few clips for sure is that it's the shape of the clip, not necessarily the material it's made from. Perhaps a bit also to do with how tall you are in ...
