Re: Favorite PM2 variant?
I have 4 PM2s, and this one gets the most use. I know everyone gets excited for new steels, but I really enjoy using the fully serrated cutting edge on this PM2. It makes quick work of any task. My second favorite is probably the S30V DLC.

Re: What do you want to see more of from Spyderco?
1. I tend to gravitate to the bigger Spyderco Knives. I have large hands and the ergos on the little knives do not always work for me. I have been so impressed with the Knifeworks Ti/CF S90V Military that I picked up a couple of them. The R.I.L. on the titanium scale is the bomb. I wonder if this fe...

Re: ATR 2 first impressions
I exchanged mine with GPK (great customer service) due to poor centering and stiff action. Now that I have an excellent sample I’m still just not feeling a connection with this piece, I really wanted to love this knife. I’ll probably sell it and move on... My ATR2 opened like a dream, one of the sm...

Wow, you're right. I just searched with about a dozen online retailers and none of them had it in stock. Maybe the word is out, it is an awesome knife. One of my favs.

Re: Blade Magazine knife show Spyderco name tag
Sal,
Thanks for following up with this idea. I got exited when it first came out a couple of months ago. I am going to Blade again this year and will gladly purchase one of these.

Re: Spyderco ATR 2 release date?
Way to expensive. I see nothing here that should make it any more than a plain Jane PM2. If steel was more exotic maybe, but black g10, s30v, compression lock 3.5 blade. What am I missing? I like it and would like to have one but would never buy for that price. What a shame. Exotic cobra hood, exot...

Re: Spydie Hole sharp edges
Be careful not to make them too smooth. The sharp edges re needed for purchase to keep the thumb from slipping out of the hole. sal Thanks Sal. I will be careful and channel my inner "Less is more" mantra. Or I might wait until Blade Show to see what you think about the edges before I try...

Spydie Hole sharp edges
What's the best way to soften the edges on the Spydie Hole? The edges on my new PPT S90V Sprint are a little sharp and dig into my thumb. I'm looking for the preferred way to smooth them out a bit.

Re: Tip Up Military Mod
All of my other knives are tip-up except the Military. So without thinking, my muscle memory wants to pocket the knife in a certain way. I recently bought the KW Titanium/Carbon Fiber Military and have been carrying it exclusively for the past few weeks. I love this knife!!! I am slowly reversing my...

Re: Do you ever carry Spyderco fixed blades?
I frequently carry one of my Bradford Guardian 3 fixed blades. They are the perfect size for me to EDC around the office. And the cross draw sheath makes them a dream to EDC. The one pictured below is made from Chad Nichols raindrop Damascus. I also have the sheepsfoot model and carry it more often....
