Re: Just curious, why are pocket clips .....
I love the look of a well worn clip :) no reason to get a new one unless you spring or snap it! But to each his own, I’ve never had any issue getting a clip from em. Just call em up and place the order. Only reason I’ve gotten spare clips is because I can’t stand the shiny ones they send on the mani...

Was hoping it would be the ATR2 but I guess that’s not happening yet so it will be this native which I’m quite happy with :D

It’s just following it’s own name and becoming tuff to find...luckily I scored mine at a deep discount on Black Friday years ago. I won’t be letting her go :)

Re: Pacific Salt question: Sortof odd.
Not sure man, I’d love to try out one of the new ones but I really like my original so I’ve got no use for the smaller model. I thought they were fairly popular when they were available but who knows. Maybe we’ll see a cool sprint run some time. They’ve still got the molds for sure!

Re: Pacific Salt question: Sortof odd.
I’d go with the h1 warrior or serrated rock salt (doesn’t exist) for sure before a pac salt. Always suggest a fixed blade in that type of setting.

Re: A good friend just gave me an old salt 1
Is there an H1 on the blade? If so those came out around 2004 or so, That’s when I purchased mine and they switched from etching “salt 1” on the blade to “H1” on the blade which is the rust proof steel type.

Re: PM2 Red G-10 M390 at DLT Trading?!?!
Curious why Spyderco has been using this semi transparent G10? As apposed to the solid colors like black and green and even my orange para2. These newer ones seem different, the blurple knives as well as this one. Any reasoning for this? I think a bright solid red g10 would look killer. But I’ve got...

Re: Salt 1 vs Salt 2
Just an FYI, it's obvious to some but I did confirm with spyderco both generations use the exact same blade. Other than that I've got nothing. I'll order a salt2 eventually...

Forum keeps logging me out
The forum keeps logging me out every day or so. I'm using an iPhone 7 with safari. I don't ever close the spyderco web window but just in the last week or so it has started logging me out regularly. Yes I always click "remember me" when I log in. Not sure what changed but I've been using t...

Re: I am afraid to buy Spyderco
Spydercos hold their value surprisingly well, I buy what I like now and if something else comes out I like then I'll sell something at a slightly lower cost than I paid and move onto the next model :D that said....I've got over 40 spydercos so I'm not taking my own advice very well lol
