Both are great pieces, of course one is stainless the other not so much. I absolutely love my 52100, probably the easiest steel for me to sharpen and touches up super fast with scalpel like sharpness.

Pink ladies are my favorite, using a military of course.

Love the ethnics and the Pattada is no exception, very clean design, simple yet elegant. Solid built that oozes quality. Blade length, grind and profile are spot on. The polished G10 reminds me of the vollotton and just feels right in hand. Sal really did knock this one out of the park.

Right now its a toss up between the 52100 and M4 satin (jade), I have just about every flavor and these two just seem to end up in my pocket when its the PM2's turn in the rotation.

52100, M4, Maxamet... I'm seeing a LOT of non-stainless steels on here. Does corrosion not concern you all? Honest question, still learning here! I'm guessing there's a lot of steel junkies out there that just want the top of the line stuff to say they have it and to show it off. Some may never act...

Still waiting to hear if a Maxamet will drop, that's a must have. One of the best recent-ish drops was the CF 52100, can't recommend it enough

Hi Garret, the two most recent releases are the orange sprint and the carbon fiber sprint, when they pop up on the exchange the orange seems to go in the $200 range and the carbon fiber in the $300 range(depending on condition of course). Great score for sure, 10V is some good stuff. I did wait a long time before grabbing one though, got one when they disco'd. I figured it would just be too big to carry but I was wrong, being as flat as it is it carries just fine.

I ended up grabbing the S30V but have not used it yet, really waiting on the HAP40.
