Re: SD knives as Workhorse

I would say the Endura 4 with Emerson wave is my favorite double duty Spyderco. They are so light you can carry two of them and still barely notice, but you can whip out a nearly 4" blade with a reliable lock and excellent cutting geometry (hate that word) when you need it, at work or in an eme...

Re: A well worn pocket clip

[quote="Evil D"]I really like the new black finish they're using, it wears much better than the old painted black clips. It still scratches but it takes a lot more abuse before it starts looking completely wrecked and I think it looks better once it does show wear. I like it too. I really ...

A well worn pocket clip

So who else likes the look of a well worn pocket clip on a Spyderco? To me its similar to a worn in pair of jeans, makes it obvious that the knife is being carried and used, and kind of personalizes it in a way. In fact, if I bought a used Spyderco I would most definitely replace the clip as I was n...

Will do man thanks a lot.

Re: Putman scales

I actually am planning on picking up a ring as well as a matriarch to put it on as a matter of fact. And I will be most picking up another waved Endura as a backup, so might leave that one stock, but I carry this one so much I thought I'd give it a little something extra.

Putman scales

Hey guys,

Im thinking about getting some Putman scales for my waved Endura 4. Does anyone have them? How do they fit? I am concerned about messing with the lockup on the knife since it is absolutely perfect right now, but dang it would sweet with those g-10 scales and backspacer Thanks.

Re: What Spyderco is in your pocket today??

This endura wave looks cool and ruff in the same time. I believe the blade stock is a tad thicker than the regular sabre ground endura 4. That combined with the wave and standard endura awesomeness make it an excellent work knife. And its so lightweight that I usually carry it in combination with a...
