I am slowly getting used to opening the knife. I left the knife half open

Sorry for asking the same questions but I think it’s the lock and someone suggested leaving it open

Mine is still stiff and I am having trouble closing even with gloves on
How long roughly does it take to loosen up also is it true that keeping
It open loosens the spring up

I know I am being really annoying asking the same question but
How long does it take roughly for the manix 2 spring to break in
Also I am still having trouble getting used to holding the knife with
Gloves on to close it like getting a good grip

I’ve been practicing closing with gloves on and it’s a little hard and the skin on my thumb is pretty sore
I guess because it’s pretty stiff

I just got it my skin on my thumb is a bit sore from closing it because it is stiff
But I like how light It is. I’ll wait to bring it to work once it lossens up and I get used to it
