I'd overlooked this one. It's a Goldilocks length for me, right between the native and the chief with a similar blade shape (love the native shape). If you find yourself opening and closing your knife without cutting anything frequently, you'll probably love the compression lock. It's super quick to flick open and closed again. The para 3 and pm2 sprints are still around and being discounted and sold in two knife packages two years after release. I wouldn't hold my breath on that one.

If the benchmade does not wobble it is too stiff to open. I don't think I've ever had a standard clip knife come out of my pocket unintentionally. I only have two wire clip knives and both have jumped out of my pocket more than once.

I like a deep carry, but as far as stock Spyderco clips, I'll take the hourglass every time.
