Sorry can't feel bad for you with sailing trips in Florida and vacations to Taiwan instead of working haha. Anyways H1 around water is a no-brainer but your VG10 will be fine if you wash it off and oil it down afterwords.

I owned a SRK years ago and really liked it, but sold it off when I got hooked on Spyderco. I have also owned/used a few of their machetes and you really can't go wrong for the price point with them.

Were the kids actually outside when the bears showed up? If they were and he felt it was necessary to kill the animal to protect them and himself then I say he did the right thing. If they just showed up in the backyard "where the kids frequently play" and he walked outside and shot it the...

Two excellent ideas. Thank you sir.

Good news! This thread motivated me to do another search. I ended up tearing my place apart before I went out to the car and there it was wedged in the seat cushion by the seat belt. It went straight back onto the key ring where it is now going to live.

Whine... I lost one of my favorites

Just a heads up to all of those who carry a ladybug on their keychain. Take it from the champ, do not remove it from the keychain. About 2 weeks ago I thought it would be a good idea to take the ladybug off the keychain and carry it loosely in my pocket while at work, for easier access. Long story s...

I almost bought them but I actually need 20 instead of 19, so the set would not be good enough for me.

I actually only have 3 knives now, and all 3 are spydies. I have a s30v para 2, a cts-20cp para 2 and a ladybug salt. I'm going to grab a caspian salt once they are released again, have a fluted titanium milli pre-ordered and am strongly considering the lionspy. I am also going to pre-order all of t...

Golden? I thought they were always located in Golden. Did they move? OK sorry for the lame joke. I really have to say in the last 2 years I have seen so many great models produced and they s...

I would vote use 'em but I'm not one to talk. I just bought my first CRK sebenza off ebay last week and 2 days later I put it up on bladeforums for sale because I can't bring myself to use it. I also have a gray para 2 that is a safe queen but I hope to change that.

You could maybe check and see if anyone on bladeforums makes them, but by the time you put in all of this effort it may just be easier to buy it with the $16 shipping if that's what you really want.
