I'm new to this forum, but have used Spydercos for a while. I really like the performance to price ratio. The knives feel and cut extremly well and there are models for almost all knife needs. They just need to make a SE fixed blade dive knife in H1 with a good kydex sheath.. hint hint ;) The steel ...

Welcome to the Forum NoFair (Sverre). Could you please take the time to slightly more in depth discuss the test procedure, such as what do you mean by the term DMM, is that digital multi-meter? I have been thinking of adding a decent multi-meter to my tools. Do you just select an appropriate ampera...

Measuring the voltage on cr123s don't tell you much at all. They will measure about 3.1-3.2V when unloaded even when bad. A better way is to do a flash-amp test; using a DMM on the 10A scale and seeing how many amps the battery delivers in the 1-2 seconds you test it. Using batteries that give simil...

I'd like it if it didn't have a SS handle. I've never held a G10 version of it, but that would probably be a nice knife for me. At the moment I prefer Enduras or Militarys in this size segment. (I'm getting a Pacific Salt for my bigger rough use folder..) The size is also close to my limit for folde...

I love SCUBA diving but I don't like regular diver's knives. So, I would like Spyderco H1 utility fixed knife: 4' blade, full tang, bright colored g10 scales (something like Bark River's blaze orange), full-grip handles, kydex sheaths with multiple carry options. I know this is an older thread, but...
