I've been very happy with the BHQ Sage sprint in M4, though that's a little higher than your budget.
Edit: Didn't see that you already have a UKPK, so I'd suggest the Lil Native for a small knife you don't already have, which is a bit different from the ones you do have.

Re: Blade HQ Lil Native in Satin M4 and jade scales
Heh...Every time I'm actually sitting here ready for one of these drops with my finger on the trigger, it always turns out to be a relatively slow mover and I got stressed out for nothing. Then every time I'm stuck in a meeting or appointment or otherwise late to the party for whatever reason, the d...

Re: Reason for Reveal delay ?
The whole point of starting the Reveals process was that the lead times for new knives in the main catalog were too unpredictable. I assume that they are going through a similar trial-and-error process with the Reveals, trying to figure out what cadence they can keep up with at some level of predict...

Re: My first Spyderco experience
Received this a few mins ago........... Your item departed a transfer airport in DALLAS/FT WORTH INTL, FORT WORTH, UNITED STATES on August 7, 2021 at 3:18 pm. I don't know what to say at this point. I will say that the budget cuts under the current US Postmaster leadership have been very disruptive...

Re: a caribbean murder mystery...
Yes, I also agree an FRN Caribbean would be great as well. I think maybe Evil D has mentioned it before, but it seems like the D'Allara 3D contoured FRN style treatment would suit it very well.

Re: a caribbean murder mystery...
I would be interested in one and I think it would sell well as it seems like a lot of people on the various social media platforms have complained about the stock "bumblebee" scales and many/most are probably not into rit dying or getting aftermarket scales. It seems like there have been o...

Same, I've been ready to pull the trigger on a standard Shaman for a month or two now, but could never find one in stock, so was psyched to see this one drop.

Re: Cutleryshoppe Exclusive Shaman, Stonewash CTS-XHP, Orange G10
Always interesting to see what speed the exclusives sell out. For me personally, a Saturday drop is much preferred to a weekday, but maybe a lot of people like shopping on their phones or PCs at work? Or maybe they did a large run? Or maybe it's because it's "just" XHP? Who knows. Whatever...

Re: The Best Knife Website
DLT and KnifeWorks have both always had great service for me. DLT has a rewards program that adds up pretty quickly and their exclusives are always fairly priced.
Indiana Knives also seems like a very good dealer, though I've only used them a couple times so far.

Re: DLT Kapara Exclusive!
Few models sell as fast as the pm2 and para3. Manix and Shaman exclusives come close, but I think we've all got a warped sense of what a "successful" exclusive looks like because of those crazy 3-minute sell-outs. From a business standpoint, it seems like an exclusive that sells out in a ...

Re: Colors - Talkin' Story - Marketing
My guess is it's partially because the "collectibility factor" went up substantially with the advent of the internet. People are always looking for something new as we've long since passed the point of just providing "reliable high performance cutting tools". The original Delica ...

Re: Best way to sell Spyderco knives
Thanks to Vivi for the efforts and I'm interested to see how it plays out. Although I've been lucky to have had almost entirely positive experiences selling via eBay for almost 20 years, the fees there are getting really steep, so unless I'm selling something that's rare/discontinued that will fetch...

Re: Pass on the Pattadese
Sounds like the QC might be a little hit or miss on these, although hard to say without knowing the size of this first run that was made. My example is very well executed and has none of the issues that some people have mentioned. I like the design very much.

Re: MAPLE CHAP SHIPPING TO DEALERS WOO HOO
No doubt that is not like it should be, but the Chap is pretty easy to disassemble - so perhaps all one has to do is really "just" clean the pivot area/ washers and oil it up again? Perhaps the wood of the scales is more likely to still have some tiny "dust" or "grit" ...

Re: MAPLE CHAP SHIPPING TO DEALERS WOO HOO
Mine is the same - too plain for my tastes, grittiness in the pivot, and rubbing on the liner while opening. I have owned a handful of Chaparrals since their inception, and this particular example is reminiscent of some of the issues the initial run of CF/S30V Chaps saw when they were released. I h...

Re: MAPLE CHAP SHIPPING TO DEALERS WOO HOO
Got mine last night. It's my favorite Chap thus far. It came slightly off center with a small amount of side to side play that remained despite tightening the pivot. So I took it apart. The internals make me appreciate the quality even more. The posts on the clip side are all D shaped. Tolerances a...
