As much as I love Spyderco, and would love to take part in the factory sale, seeing that picture of everyone crowded in at one time was enough to turn me off.

Never been, but it seems I've read a few posts where people had to take knives back to their cars.

One knife that tends to be with me all the time is the Spyderco Lava my girlfriend got me a couple of years ago as a birthday present. Even if I'm carrying something else in my pockets, the Lava still has a place in my waistband.

Title says it all.

Interesting...so in other words, if you're carrying a knife in NYC it must be completely concealed? Seems to be the opposite of everywhere else.
