I anodized the presentation side of my Ti Mil shown here with my Knife Works exclusive Military. I’m using a couple of old 18 volt laptop power supplies. I connect them in series to get 36 volts, which creates the light blue color of my Mantra in the previous post.

Here’s the Mantra with blue anodizing, it didn’t upload in the previous post.

Anodized my Mantra twice and the purple is at 18 volts dc and the blue is 36 vdc. I kept the blue color and I’m pretty happy with it since it was my first time anodizing anything.

Also threw my smurf blue Persistence in the pot with the Para 3 scales. It came out sort of dark blurple.

Thanks to Attila for the instructions and inspiration. I dyed my Cruwear Para 3 racing red last night. Here’s a picture with my M390 PM2. I used a little more dye and left them in the solution for about 30 minutes, but I don’t think the additional 15 minutes made much difference.

The glossy scales on my Chaparral were getting fine scratches, so I sanded them with 2000 grit sandpaper. The scales are more of a satin feel now and scratches don’t show up as much. Jazz you seem to be a prolific modder. I can appreciate making things work better for you. I picked up a Positron recently and due to problems getting to the lock I took a dremel to the scale and opened it up a little. It’s much easier to depress the lock now, even though it doesn’t look dramatic.
