You must cut salami in a very different way than I do. It looks like you were stabbing sandpaper.

Tom Krein did the Full Flat grind and the full convex. I personally did the high hollow grind. And, no Tom no longer does regrinds.

I carried my forum Native CPM@110V yesterday at a Ducks Unlimited banquet. I also really like the C41BK in PE or SE. I had a few worked on a few years ago. :) http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp35/dczippo/Tom%20Krein/IMG_4993.jpg http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp35/dczippo/Tom%20Krein/IMG_4994...

I can't even remember the last time I had to sharpen that ...

Pacific Salt would be a great choice if you do not mind the size while trying to find your attachment location. Salt 1 would be smaller and slightly lighter. You might want to adjust the tip if you need a very fine point.

There was a time when I was first getting accustomed to buying such expensive knives that I did not want to mess up the edge. I'm much more relaxed now. :) I got a 203 Sharpmaker in January of 1996. I used and improved my sharpening quite a bit between 2005 and 2007 specifically on the Sharpmaker. I...

How long did this take and what abrasives did you use? :)
