What will you be cutting when jogging and swimming to where a Tasman salt wouldn't work for you? Well, hopefully some food after coming out of the water. :D Wouldn't you want something in H1? A knife while jogging I get but swimming....I dunno. Yes it would be ideal, but I can't spend $70 on a salt...

How well does s30v stand up to sweat and freshwater immersion?
I want to clip a knife IWB while running and swimming, my atlantic salt is a bit large and tasman salt isn't a practical shape. I do have a black native, but wondering if it could stand up to being soaked with sweat and immersed in water. Just wondering if anyone has experience with s30v in similar ...

I have nothing against the guy. He's an entertainer and an educator if you are new to the world of folding knives . That's an important point. Many people who are new take his words as gospel because oh he knows so much, but to many people here what he says is nothing new, it's just another person'...

That may be where the disdain comes from. He started up from nothing, got himself some credibility and now he gets all the cool toys. hats off to him. Or the fact his videos use to be precise and to the point, but since quadrupled in length and the first half is spend talking about irrelevant subje...

I just sold mine, it's a well made knife and all that, but it just didn't feel right. I guess there's such thing as too light, while I like light knives its minuscule weight doesn't corroborate with its large size. Plus the cost is almost the same as regular manix yet has inferior steel and cheaper ...

Lol, this exact question comes up every other month. There are differences you can't see on paper, even though both are FFG distal taper, caly 3 is grounded much thinner in both tip and behind edge. I see caly as a light/medium duty duty that I'd carry in a suit, and sage as a work knife that looks ...
