The little MeerKat might not be my absolute favorite Spyderco but it's right up there in my top three and it's 100% a hidden gem IMO. I've had mine since 2005. Good question! On reflection, I've mostly carried Spydercos over the years. I carried an original Police model for about three years before I wore out the lock with way too many aggressive openings. I'm a big fan of New Graham Knives. The service is always excellent, they've been great with returns/exchanges, and the shipping is fast.
