After the swap, the black lockbar and backspacer sit a little proud in the black scales and vice versa in the orange, but it’s negligible.

Just got mine. It took good two and a half weeks, but it's finally here. Fit and finish are top notch. No surprises there. All black blade with all black hardware and bright orange scales looks awesome. Can't hide I'm happy. :D

Very ambitious plan. I'm glad you left yourself an escape clause with the exception of a serrated K390 P4. I hope that escape clause includes a serrated S35VN Resilience, also.

I still stand by my call for a Serrated K390 Jumpmaster 2.

Rather than an LED, I'd like to see Spyderco release a Shaman with a Tritium Ingot embed in the back-spacer.

I have this knife. Is anyone interested in seeing it in K390 with serrations? Spyderco is in to serrating K390 and I'd like to see it in a high performance steel with serrations.

Just a suggestion for carry, feel free to ignore. I have most of my fixed blades set up for small of the back horizontal carry. I wear a heavy gun belt, and when I clip a Spyderco G-clip on that sucker it doesn't move. Put the clip just left of the center belt loop on my cargo pants, handle pointin...

Here are my 4. The camera blows up the variances larger than they are. The XHP is the only one that might have evidence of an issue but, it's fine. It took quite a while, but I have to give thanks to Sal and the team for making my wish come true.

I carry my S90V Native Chief with me everywhere I go now.
