It's a neat blade. What would be different about the Forum version?

Thanks so much for posting a pic for those of us who are still waiting!! Am I the only one (knowing what it represents) who finds the "line" to be a neat and somewhat reassuring feature? I mean it's two different kinds of steel -- how boring would it be if you couldn't see both of them? Wh...

With the ball lock on the Dodo, is it easy to close with only one hand? I'm eagerly awaiting mine from Ebay, and that thought came across my mind while staring at it. Thanks, Andrew I can easily and unhurriedly open and close my Dodo 5 times in 10 seconds with one hand and no other inertia/flicking...

I just ordered a serrated Temperance from New Graham a couple days ago.

It's going in the kitchen, and will accompany us on picnics.

I love the Dodo as well, just picked up my second one. Got a blue one first and now a black. Bad news though, according to Joyce, Spyderco is discontinuing the Dodo to make room for new knives. Get 'em while you can!! :D :confused: How could they do that? What do they have coming that is comparable...

I can make my Yojimbo work in pakal (edge-in reverse grip).
Must be a hand size/shape thing.

My wife and I prefer the reverse S Meerkats, also.

Bear in mind that the University of California system has pretty strict blade length laws (don't know about Cal State system), so while your municipality may allow something, if you set foot on the local UC campus you're subject to a whole different bundle of laws ... and those campus cops are real ...
