there are a few threads on this already. the consensus is that Benchmade and Spyderco reached an agreement which will allow good things to happen for both companies.

Well, I would think it would penetrate further than a hollow point as well. Your previous post reads just the opposite to me though. :) The hollow points you mentioned, I would expect to retain most the slug in one piece, due to quality of design and materials. If the perp was wearing some sort of ...

I wonder if Benchmade will start making some Spydercos and Spyderco will start making some Benchmade again... While some Benchmades scream Spyderco hardcore, they have a few designs I do like. The G10 Apparition (672) in D2 is an amazing knife. Great grind, ultra fast, Wharncliff blade, solid lockup...

Wouldn't a hollow point like that break apart (although you would think an FMJ would over penetrate as 9mm is a high velocity round)

I think Deacon is onto something  Well, a fat head and a skull thick enough to stop a bullet, lead poisoning just adds to the natural selection process. Sure the other feller is a competition shooter, but he should have used a hollowpoint  -Jeff I was wondering that too...I am guess...

Scary as **** it is...Islamic fundamentalist are exceptionally scary and unlike other times, morals have no meaning. In this respect, I have no problem saying these people must die. Realistically, the best way to deter this type of attack is to make all states CCW legal and start making gun safety a...

Right now, a Chris Reeve Jeroboam. If the Forrester is nice as it seems, that too. Definitely a fixed blade as hacking and peeling would be the main work.

That is way way wayyyy too good to be a knockoff, although as said it does not match the Spyderco design. Either Bram or Sal will be the one to say what this is...I will be watching! :o

Let's all be realistic...whether we like it or not, societies draw lines by race (which is culturally constructed) and to this day it is used as a reason to create turbulence. Whether we like it or not, %$#& is eventually going to hit the fan as it only takes a small minority to make a big issue...
