Thank you for the heads up Bram & SKS.Oh by the way put me down for a CRIMPT when they get going.I put theory into method last night.I simulated the rush from behind first as a surprise attack with my partner. My best response came from driving the ramp into the closest arm and then to a thumb lo...

First of many questions(Ground attack)

Bram or other, In your perspective, please explain to me in which method would be best to deploy and use my gunting after I'm either rushed or tackled. As many of us know, most real altercations end up on the ground, and with my gunting in its break away holster how should I practice the technique to pr...

Sal, I give it a 1 1/2 thumbs up as a dedicated spyder user.Seriously,I believe that this is the sight that this type of forum will flourish on,simply because we show each other a very simple additive to character, and that is RESPECT.I like Bram and Michael's style and teachings.I believe we could a...

Tique I have been carrying a Gryphon M-10 most recently.Designed by Bob Terzuola.A great size for small carry fixed, but have been discontinued for awhile. The Moran is just as solid and more belly for skinning. It goes hunting everytime and is great in the kitchen, but the best aspect of the Moran is t...

Will MBC Tapes be offered???

I would really like to be able to see the MBC seminars that are held by spyderco, and the supreme line-up of instructors, now and in the future. Can these be produced or are they in the process?

I would definetly go for the 2001 delica.I picked one up saturday and I love it.Funny at the same time I handled both a harpy g-10 and a stainless, but chose the delica for its everyday little knife applications, not to mention the superior serration grind as opposed to the harpy

By far the most difficult question you could ask a spydernut. But I would say that my endura has went to work with me since it was born, but after 6 p.m.it magically transforms into a gunting

Small Spyder-site suggestion

I was wondering if there was a chance that you could add a page to the site to order replacement clips for different models.I broke one of mine, but it was my fault and it's just a frn style clip.So I wouldn't send it back just for that.I know all of you are busy(by all the new releases, very busy).I ...

Which one/s should be ressurected

I seem to be seeing spyderco is discontinuing faster than ever nowadays.Of course with so many new styles and specialties coming out it can be expected, however the other day I purchased a mint Flat-iron folder.I am in total love with this spydie.I would think this one would be worth another chance n...

Hi Sal, Yes, something that anyone who looks at it will see Sal Glesser on it.I was thinking maybe something simple for maybe along the lines of the integral compression lock, the ATR hood ,definetly serrated, special clip, something unseen as of yet.My thoughts focus on a blade design such as,from the...

When can we see the Sal collaboration

Sal, I was wondering when we're going to see a model collaborated with your specs and personal likes with a signature across it the way James Keating did on the Chinook.I would like to see a signature piece from the man himself, and all input from the mind who has given the knife world all that it i...

An Endura upgrade

Being it was my first Spyderco(and probably a lot of yours as well)I was wondering if by any chance we may some time in the not to distant future see maybe if nothing else another handle type for the classic, best selling Endura.G-10 would be perfect as long as there were no liners like the military ...

Samo You always find a positive side to everything, and it always includes spydies,I can't help but to admire that.On a different note though,on an impulse I traded around and got another brand knife(I know shame, shame)just to test it.Needless to say I thought I would carry it for one day for kicks.I...

This may seem strange, but can we see a plain rescue in an orange G-10 maybe a sprint or test run with a compression lock for operational placement for hard use cutting and a little thicker around the hole to make it just a little bigger???
