Flitz, Break Free, Never Dull, Barkeep's Friend ... are we sure these are OK to use on knives that may occasionally peel an apple, or (in Deacon's case) and apple that is then slathered in mustard and velveeta? Seriously, these sound like harsh chemicals and I use my knives for more than occasional...

I definitely say go for a Chinook. When mine came, all I could think was "wow.. now that's a worker"

Don't know much about guns, as I just turned 21. I am looking to buy one myself. I've been eyeballing the new Sig P250.

I always carry my Dragonfly, as it is on my keychain. But I still love the big ones! I make sure to have a Millitary, Police, Chinook, or Endura on me accompanying the Dragonfly! :D

How's the d'fly on a key chain. Isn't it a little too big? Any pics? :D :D :D It's perfect for me. I think it's a better keychain knife than the Ladybug in that I can grip the handle of the knife by itself and have my keys dangling out of the bottom of my hand rather than being stuck in my hand wit...

The clip broke off of my Dragonfly FRN so instead of sending it in for a fix, I sanded it down and attached it to my keyring!

Consider yourselves very lucky to own these knives! Back when I got into Spyderco when I was 15/16 I couldn't afford these models, but of course they were the most desired. Now that I can afford them they are hard to find and even higher priced than original. But that's the way the cookie crumbles! ...

Sorry for the loss of your Harpy. That's a real bummer. I say go for the Yojimbo and get a Dragonfly for box cutting/opening. The Yojimbo is hard enough to find as it is and will only get harder as time passes on, so if you pass on it now but eventually decide you would like it in the future you mig...

SpyderEdge question.

On models like the Rescue and the Saver Salt, the serrations continue all the way to the very tip top of the blade. On models where the blade comes to an actual point there is always about half an inch, at least, where the point is plain edge. Was there a reason for this? Does it help with strength ...

Has the Kris been discontinued?

Can anyone verify this? I would like to get one of each of Schempp's designs. Which have been discontinued and which are available?

Got the small one today! Birthday gift from my girlfriend. She is only 6.5 weeks old, while the larger one is just two weeks shy of being one year old!

They are so adorable, both are beagles!

Did anyone else see the waved CF Harpy a few weeks ago? It made me sad. The wave was barely there and didn't seem as if it would be able to even function as the wave should. I searched Google for it to see if the old auction would come up and here is the Bladeforums post of the same knife: http://ww...
