A few nice knives...

So first and foremost, these aren't my knives. I do, however, know the guy who owns these, and I had the good fortune to photograph them a while back. Here are a few photos that prove quality > quantity, something that I'm not so good at remembering when it comes to my own collection. These aren't t...

Re: Spyderco Knife of the Year 2016

Definitely the Nirvana.

The M4 PM2 would be my personal favorite from this year, but the Nirvana is simply unique and unprecedented, so it wins.

According to the Deacon's helpful size comparison page, they either have the same size hole or are negligibly different.

Re: 5,000th post Giveaway !!!

I'm in, # 909.

The thing I enjoy most about the holidays is probably getting out of school...but after that, it would be the food, family, and snow-related outdoor activities. Thanks for the opportunity!

Knifecenter Cruwear Manix 2 Carbon Fiber

I saw this on Ebay as a CC# early version...supposedly there's going to be a Knifecenter exclusive Manix 2 in Cruwear and smooth (not peel-ply) carbon fiber.

SKU is C101CFPCW2

I didn't see a thread about this yet, so I thought I'd start one.

Re: Spyderco Factory Outlet Seconds Sale!

What are the prices like? Prices are good. The M390 PM2s in smurf blue (BBS exclusive for $200 shipped) were selling for $50 at the seconds sale. I also found a beat up Ti Military for $20. Sadly, Sal wasn't there this year, and we all missed chatting with him. Oh well, there's another reason to go...
