Re: That feeling when you're at work...
You obviously now have a mission. Start converting a few of those co-workers to the addiction, like Liquid Cobra is doing. Certainly you have some "cute" Spydies you can use for bait. Once you convert a few, more will follow out of curiosity. By this time next year you could have all the g...

Re: That feeling when you're at work...
And you can't bring your spydies bc your coworkers would freak if they saw you flicking your PM2 open every 5 seconds  Well as I see it, there is only one thing to do. Find a one handed job that gives you more flick-time, and/or better co-workers. After all you have your priorities..........

Re: Best Lube for no-washer FRN Knives...
I tried Tuff Glide and found it slowed down the action. Joe I had the same results at first, so I have to agree. The Tuff Glide will gunk up and slow things down if used to liberally. Now I use just a drop or two, allow it to dry overnight, and then work it in a bit. That has worked for me, but you...

Re: Please more s90v so little options
They are priced really well and work great. I bought a few extra blanks from EdgePro and glued the stones with some 3M spray adhesive. The stones come pre-cut to the right size for the EdgePro. Be careful with them, it doesn't take many passes to remove a significant amount of steel. Two passes wit...

Re: Please more s90v so little options
The BentoBox Military and the 2015 forum Native 5. The Military arrived today and had a decent, but not hair-popping edge on it. So I decided it was the perfect opportunity to use the Congress Tools sharpening stones that Ankerson recommended to use with S90V. These are very hard, friable stones wi...

Re: Best Lube for no-washer FRN Knives...
I have used Sentry Solutions Tuff Glide for several years, both on guns and the pivots of my folding knives as well as non-stainless blades. It is both a protectant and a dry lube so it does not attract dust or lint in the pivot area. It is harmless to G-10, (Benchmade even recommends it), and I hav...

One hand closing a Delica 4: https://youtu.be/Lu5prRsMDL8 I was spending time with my two new Chaparrals last night and figured out a good way to close them one handed that worked very well for me. Then I checked the Forum this morning and found this video showing the exact same procedure I used. P...

(Just to throw a spanner into the works, take a look at the Carbon Fiber Chaparral) The Carbon Fiber Chaparral is very much worth a look, as is the Carbon Fiber Sage 1. The Chaparral series are my favorite Spyderco's and they are immaculate precision instruments. Well worth consideration. The Sage ...

Well if he is an outdoorsman that gives lots of options. Both the Military and the Para Military 2 are popular with many here. I carry the Military when I am afield as it is my personal favorite and I will admit to having more than one. Another favorite is the Sage series and they are a nice size fo...

Re: Bought a used Domino, but....
Being as it is a pre-owned knife I would suggest giving it a good cleaning at the pivot to see if that may help. Wash well in warm/hot soapy water, while opening and closing the blade to work out any dirt or gunk that has built up in the pivot. Rinse well and repeat if necessary. Let dry or blow dry...
